About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and dynamic Territory Manager to join a leading medical device company, helping healthcare providers deliver exceptional patient care with high-quality surgical and clinical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers across your territory.
Identify opportunities with new and existing clients and provide tailored solutions based on customer needs.
Ensure your time and activities align with the company\βs sales strategy.
Execute account-level strategies and drive growth within your portfolio.
Maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide training sessions to customers as needed.
Produce regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.
Requirements
Degree-level education in life sciences, business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years\β experience selling into theatres and clinical environments.
Strong track record in building lasting customer relationships.
Experience in ophthalmology is highly desirable; dermatology or broader medical sales experience is beneficial.
Familiarity with NHS and private sector sales cycles is an advantage.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
