About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Territory Manager to join a leading medical device company, helping healthcare providers deliver exceptional patient care with high-quality surgical and clinical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers across your territory.
- Identify opportunities with new and existing clients and provide tailored solutions based on customer needs.
- Ensure your time and activities align with the company’s sales strategy.
- Execute account-level strategies and drive growth within your portfolio.
- Maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide training sessions to customers as needed.
- Produce regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.
Requirements
- Degree-level education in life sciences, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience selling into theatres and clinical environments.
- Strong track record in building lasting customer relationships.
- Experience in ophthalmology is highly desirable; dermatology or broader medical sales experience is beneficial.
- Familiarity with NHS and private sector sales cycles is an advantage.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
