This is a high-impact commercial and clinical role focused on supporting the adoption of an innovative glaucoma surgical technology that is rapidly transforming treatment pathways for patients with uncontrolled intraocular pressure despite maximal medical therapy.
The role combines commercial execution, surgical training, and key opinion leader engagement, working directly with glaucoma surgeons and multidisciplinary hospital teams.
- Develop and execute territory strategy across NHS and private hospital accounts in the North of the UK and Scotland
- Identify, onboard, and train new surgical centres and expand usage within existing accounts
- Deliver and support operating theatre-based training and procedural education
