Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engagements; accountable for end-to-end delivery, quality and profitability.
- Generate insights, develop strategic recommendations and act as a senior subject-matter expert.
- Lead and develop project teams; oversee timelines, budgets, scope and deliverables.
- Own senior client relationships and proactively identify client needs.
- Lead business development activities, including proposals, scoping and follow-on work generation.
- Conduct and oversee payer/KOL primary research independently.
- Develop payer value narratives and assess pricing, evidence and access scenarios.
- Mentor junior colleagues and support their professional development.
- Lead internal capability-building and practice-development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of consulting experience in value and market access.
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple engagements, project teams and client relationships.
- Strong primary research experience involving payers/KOLs and value-strategy development.
- Strong knowledge of payer evidence requirements and European HTA frameworks.
- Proficiency in secondary research and relevant analytical methodologies.
- Experience contributing to proposals, account growth and follow-on work generation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, people leadership and project leadership skills.
