Barrington James is recruiting for an experienced Senior Optical Design Engineer to join a pioneering medical device company at the forefront of ophthalmic innovation. This full-time, on-site role in Worthing, UK, offers the chance to work on next-generation intraocular lenses (IOLs) and drive advancements in vision care.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design, development, and testing of intraocular lenses (IOLs) and ophthalmic products
- Apply advanced optics knowledge to solve complex design challenges

- Perform risk assessments and drive product improvement initiatives
