I’m currently working with a leading biopharma company that is looking to expand its Medical Affairs team with the addition of a Senior Medical Affairs Manager . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in Medical Affairs management who’s ready to step into a more strategic and leadership-focused role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
- Develop and execute medical strategy within your therapeutic area.
- Provide scientific support for internal stakeholders and field teams (e.g., MSLs).
- Serve as a key point of contact for KOL engagement and scientific exchange.
- Oversee the review of medical and promotional materials for compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- experience in Medical Affairs management within a pharmaceutical or biotech setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical data, scientific communication, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience managing external stakeholders (KOLs, investigators, medical societies).
- Advanced degree preferred (PharmD, MD, PhD, or MSc in Life Sciences).
- Confident communicator with leadership potential.
