The European Permanent Recruitment Team is looking to expand and is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing division. With over 10 years of success in the industry, Barrington James is looking for someone ready to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of a high-performing team.
The European Permanent Recruitment division specialises in sourcing senior and niche professionals for cutting-edge pharmaceutical trials, projects, and roles across the industry. This fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment rewards hard work with industry-leading fees and recognition.

Role Responsibilities
- Sourcing niche, high-caliber candidates for permanent vacancies within the pharmaceutical sector
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to final placement
- Developing business relationships with emerging and niche companies in the pharmaceutical industry
