My client is looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join their team and drive the strategy, execution, and success of our product portfolio. This is a field-based role where you will play a key role in developing go-to-market strategies, supporting the commercial team, and ensuring our products meet market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to achieve revenue targets; analyse ROI and communicate results to the commercial team.
- Plan and manage successful product launches in line with product-specific marketing plans.
- Oversee advertising, promotional materials, social media content, websites, and webinars to ensure alignment with company strategy.
- Manage events, exhibitions, and congresses, setting KPIs and measuring success.
- Work closely with suppliers, HQ, and internal teams to maintain up-to-date product and marketing information.
- Train and support the commercial team and Scientific Support Specialists, assessing competence and maintaining learning materials.
- Manage stock and forecast requirements accurately to minimise write-offs.
- Collect and report market intelligence, product feedback, and customer insights to influence strategy.
- Support regulatory activities, including MHRA registrations and product documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong technical knowledge of your product area, with relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial experience within a related industry.
- Extensive experience in cellular pathology, including analysis, diagnosis, and interpretation of tissue and cell samples.
- Experience working in a lab (NHS/Private).
- Excellent planning, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and campaigns.
