Our client is an ambitious US-based digital health startup redefining how breast cancer patients access support, care, and technology. They are now seeking a Fractional Chief Business Officer / Business Strategist to join the leadership team and help shape the next stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone who loves building companies from the inside out. Someone who gets excited by strategy, partnerships, growth, market opportunities, and creating momentum. They are looking for someone who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the table, someone who enjoys working with good people on meaningful challenges.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic growth initiatives
  • Identifying and evaluating new commercial opportunities
  • Developing partnership and market expansion strategies
  • Supporting go-to-market planning and execution
  • Helping define long-term business objectives and growth roadmaps
  • Contributing to fundraising narratives and investor communications
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare and digital health ecosystems
  • Providing strategic guidance across business operations and growth functions

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in strategy, business development, commercial leadership, or executive leadership roles
  • Startup and scale-up experience preferred
  • Exposure to digital health, healthcare technology, life sciences, or innovation-driven sectors
  • Strong commercial instincts and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Experience supporting growth, fundraising, partnerships, or market expansion
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses
