This fully remote UK-based position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge drug development programs across multiple therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute population PK and PK/PD models to support dose selection, trial design, and regulatory strategy.
- Perform model-based simulations using industry-standard tools (e.g. NONMEM, Monolix, R, or similar).
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to provide scientific and strategic insights.
- Prepare high-quality reports and documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
- MSc or PhD in pharmacometrics, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical PK/PD modelling experience in an industry or academic setting.
- Strong technical proficiency with modelling software (e.g. NONMEM, Monolix) and programming tools (e.g. R, Python).
- Solid understanding of clinical pharmacology and model-informed drug development.
- Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
