Performance Coach – Sales Coaching in Life Sciences Recruitment

Role
As a Performance Coach, you’ll work closely with our recruiters, providing hands‑on coaching to sharpen their sales skills and elevate their performance. You’ll use data‑driven insights to pinpoint development areas, delivering targeted coaching sessions that translate into real revenue growth.
This isn’t a standard training role. You’ll have the freedom to tailor your coaching approach to suit each consultant, whether they’re new to recruitment and struggling with objections or an experienced biller aiming to break into the top tier. You’ll be a key player in their success, helping them overcome challenges and reach the next level.
