To help them reach their full potential, we’re looking for a Performance Coach to join our Learning & Development team and drive sales success on the recruitment floor.
The Role
As a Performance Coach, you’ll use data-driven insights, identify challenges, uncover growth opportunities and provide coaching sessions, working closely with our sales team, delivering tailored coaching to enhance performance and sharpen sales skills.
This isn’t a standard training role—you’ll have the freedom to coach each consultant, varying in seniority, in a way that best suits their learning style, backed by our extensive L&D resources.

We want someone with a solid background in recruitment – You could be a top-billing recruiter looking for a new challenge, a mentor passionate about coaching, or a recruitment manager with a track record of developing others.
