Performance Coach – Sales Coaching in Life Sciences Recruitment

As the life sciences sector continues to thrive in 2025—recovering faster than any other industry—our consultants are busier than ever. To help them reach their full potential, we’re looking for a Performance Coach to join our Learning & Development team and drive sales success on the recruitment floor.
The Role
As a Performance Coach, you’ll use data-driven insights, identify challenges, uncover growth opportunities and provide coaching sessions, working closely with our sales team, delivering tailored coaching to enhance performance and sharpen sales skills.
This isn’t a standard training role—you’ll have the freedom to coach each consultant, varying in seniority, in a way that best suits their learning style, backed by our extensive L&D resources.
