Job Description Non-Executive Director – Quality Assurance Overview: Our client, a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company, backed by significant new investment, is seeking a Non-Executive Director (NED) to join its board. The company specialises in the manufacturing of sterile injectable vaccines and other injectables, and is looking for a seasoned professional to help strengthen its quality assurance frameworks as it scales. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and leadership team on quality assurance for sterile injectables. Advise on streamlining processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and scalability. Participate in 8 board meetings annually to provide oversight and input on key business and quality assurance matters. Support executive leadership with expert advice and mentoring, particularly on quality frameworks and operational excellence.
