Job Description Non-Executive Director – Quality Assurance Overview: Our client, a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company, backed by significant new investment, is seeking a Non-Executive Director (NED) to join its board. The company specialises in the manufacturing of sterile injectable vaccines and other injectables, and is looking for a seasoned professional to help strengthen its quality assurance frameworks as it scales. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and leadership team on quality assurance for sterile injectables. Advise on streamlining processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and scalability. Participate in 8 board meetings annually to provide oversight and input on key business and quality assurance matters. Support executive leadership with expert advice and mentoring, particularly on quality frameworks and operational excellence. Ideal Candidate: Must currently be in a senior position , with a proven track record of leadership and experience in quality assurance within pharmaceuticals or biotech , especially in sterile injectables.
