We’re hiring – Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive
Barrington James is on the lookout for a creative, driven, and ambitious marketer to join our growing team. Working alongside our Senior Marketing Manager and Head of L&D, you’ll help bring our marketing strategy to life, from attracting life science clients and candidates, to raising brand awareness, to building the reputation of our incredible consultants.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Shaping and executing global marketing strategies that align with our growth goals
- Delivering engaging, multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events, and more)
- Championing our brand and keeping our messaging consistent across every touchpoint
- Using market insights to spot opportunities and stay ahead of trends
- Driving our digital presence – from SEO and website content to social media and advertising
- Empowering our consultants to grow their personal brands and become thought leaders
- Measuring, reporting, and optimising campaigns to make sure we’re always levelling up
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of marketing experience (or a marketing qualification)
- A solid understanding of marketing channels and campaign creation
- Confidence in managing social media platforms
- A creative eye (Canva, Adobe Suite, Powerpoint)
