Our client is seeking an experienced market access consultant to lead UK and EU-focused projects across pricing, reimbursement, payer research, value strategy, and evidence generation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple client projects from scoping through delivery
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact and trusted strategic partner
  • Generate insights and recommendations across payer value, pricing, reimbursement, and evidence strategy
  • Lead payer and opinion leader research, including interviews, synthesis, and strategic interpretation
  • Develop payer-resonant value stories and evidence narratives
  • Mentor junior consultants and guide project teams to deliver high-quality work
  • Contribute to proposals, account growth, and internal capability-building

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ consulting experience in market access, value and access, pricing and reimbursement, or related life sciences strategy
  • Strong UK/EU market access experience
  • Experience with payer research, value messaging, evidence strategy, and/or value demonstration
  • Familiarity with European HTA bodies, payer archetypes, pricing sources, and analogue research
  • Strong client management, project leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
