I am currently partnering with a global leader in dental imaging technology who are looking to hire a Territory Sales Manager to support their continued growth across the UK and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to take ownership of a high-growth territory, develop strategic distributor relationships and drive adoption of innovative dental imaging solutions.
The Role:
- Manage and grow sales across Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the North of England
- Develop and strengthen distributor/dealer partnerships through training, coaching, and joint customer visits
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical evaluations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
- Build territory strategy, pipeline development, and accurate forecasting
- Support market expansion and establish a strong regional presence
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3–5 years’ experience in field sales
- Background in medical devices, dental equipment, capital equipment, or healthcare technology preferred
- Experience managing distributors or channel partners
- Strong presentation, training and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable selling to clinical and executive stakeholders
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
