I am currently working with a very exciting and fast-growing biotech developing next-generation gene therapies. This is an opportunity to build a laboratory from the ground up while managing preclinical CRO partnerships and helping shape the company's scientific operations.

Key Requirements- Fluent Mandarin and English
- MSc or PhD in a Life Science discipline
- 3-5+ years' laboratory operations experience within biotech
- Experience managing CROs and external research partners
- Knowledge of gene therapy, gene editing or advanced therapeutics
- Experience building or scaling laboratory operations
- Build and manage my clients new London laboratory
- Lead lab operations, procurement, inventory and BSL-2 compliance
- Manage China-based CRO relationships across preclinical studies
- Coordinate vendors, budgets, logistics and study delivery
- Ensure outsourced studies are delivered on time and to a high standard
