A growing UK-based biotech is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead and develop its end-to-end supply chain function as the business scales toward clinical and early commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the supply chain strategy across planning, procurement, logistics and external manufacturing.
- Lead supply readiness for clinical and commercial supply.
- Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
- Drive S&OP and demand planning to support growth and launches.
- Manage key CMO, 3PL and supplier relationships.
- Ensure full GxP and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Quality, MSAT, Manufacturing and Commercial teams to align priorities.
About You
- Senior supply chain leader from biotech, pharma or life sciences.
- Strong experience across planning, procurement and distribution.
- Proven in regulated (GMP/GDP) environments.
