This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a neurology digital platform. As the organisation continues to grow, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to establish and lead a dedicated Product function, with responsibility for recruiting, developing and managing a high-performing product team as the business evolves.

So What Will You Be Doing
As Head of Product, you will own the vision of the product, strategy and roadmap for the technology platform for the organisation. You will ensure our products support excellent patient care and sustainable business growth.
The Head of Product role is expected to evolve into leading and developing the product function as the organisation expands. This hands-on strategic role does not currently include direct line management responsibility.
Main Duties
- Clear communication with the Senior Engineer to deliver technical solutions ensuring successful product delivery.
- Development initiative from concept through design, launch and continuous improvement.
- Enhancing communication and working with software developers and third-party technology suppliers, working closely with development partners.
- Ensuring the product and the systems support NHS, including information governance, clinical safety and relevant NHS integration standards.
Essential
- Product Leadership & Delivery: Experience managing digital products, defining roadmaps, prioritising features, working with Agile development teams, and delivering products from concept through launch using tools such as Jira or similar.
- Healthcare & Technical Expertise: Experience in digital health, SaaS, or regulated technology environments, with an understanding of healthcare systems, compliance requirements, integrations, and working with technical partners.
- Stakeholder Management & Commercial Thinking: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams, make informed product decisions, and balance user needs with business goals.
Salary
Base: 110,000 - 140,000
