CMC Project Manager in London

We’re hiring a Remote Project Manager to support and deliver key projects within our biotech organisation. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage study timelines, and ensure that scientific, regulatory, and operational milestones are met with precision.

Responsibilities

-Lead planning and execution of biotech research, development, or clinical projects

-Coordinate internal teams (R&D, regulatory, quality, operations) and external partners/CROs

-Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

-Prepare clear documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders

-Identify risks, manage issues proactively, and keep projects aligned with scientific and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required)

-2+ years of project management experiencein biotech, pharma, medtech, or life sciences

-Strong understanding of R&D, lab workflows, or clinical development

-Experience working with cross-functional scientific teams

-Familiarity with GxP, regulatory requirements, or quality systems

-Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

-Able to manage multiple projects independently in a remote setting
