Role Overview:
As a Clinical Project Manager (CPM) in a site engagement capacity, you will serve as the key liaison between our clinical operations and investigative sites. You will ensure seamless study execution, foster strong relationships with sites, and support the successful delivery of clinical trials. This role requires a handsâon, proactive professional who is comfortable with frequent travel across Europe (approximately 50%).
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical sites, sponsors, and crossâfunctional teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for sites, addressing operational, regulatory, and logistical needs.
Monitor study progress and site performance, providing solutions to siteârelated challenges.
Support site initiation, training, and activation processes.
Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and other functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of trial milestones.
Track and report on site engagement metrics, proactively escalating risks or issues.
Travel to sites and regional meetings as required (~50% of time).
Qualifications:
Bachelor\âs degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3â5 years of experience in clinical operations or project management, preferably within biotech or pharmaceutical clinical trials.
Proven experience managing clinical sites and building strong relationships with investigators and site staff.
Strong organizational, communication, and problemâsolving skills.
Flexibility to travel extensively across Europe (~50% of time).
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
