What You’ll Do
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end, delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the life sciences industry, understanding their unique hiring needs.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify, engage, and screen high-quality candidates for a wide range of roles in life sciences and healthcare.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to interview coordination, negotiation, and placement.
- Networking and Market Intelligence: Build a network of contacts within life sciences, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide insightful advice to clients and candidates.
