Barrington James is partnered with a leading biopharmaceutical company to recruit a Junior PK/PD Modeler to join their expanding Clinical Pharmacology and Modeling team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career scientist with a passion for pharmacometrics to grow in a supportive, data-driven environment. You will work alongside experienced pharmacometricians to support drug development through PK/PD modeling and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing and applying PK/PD models to support clinical development
- Perform non-compartmental and basic model-based pharmacokinetic analyses
- Work with tools such as NONMEM, R, or Phoenix (training available)
- Contribute to regulatory and internal reports and presentations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across clinical development
- MSc or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacometrics)
- Understanding of PK/PD principles and basic modeling concepts
- Exposure to relevant software is a plus, but not essential
- Strong analytical and communication skills
