Opportunity to work in Life Sciences and Biotechnology! We are currently expanding and have built a dedicated academy to train individuals—particularly those with little or no prior recruitment experience—into successful consultants within 12 months.
After completing the academy, you will receive the most competitive commission structure in the industry. With an average fee per placement of £24,000, you could take home up to £4,800 from a single deal.
We also offer incredible incentives: annual all-expenses-paid trips to destinations like Las Vegas or mystery locations (last year was the Bahamas!), and an exclusive Rolex Millionaires club for billing £1,000,000.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Horsham. The whole UKUS team and leaders work in the office 5 days a week to train, develop, and support you.
