Barrington James is hiring multiple Recruitment Consultants for our Horsham HQ. Specifically, we are looking to build out our team with a number of hires focused in high growth areas, particularly in the Digital Health space. This role involves building relationships with and placing high impact Commercial/Go‑To‑Market and technical individuals into European Digital Health businesses.

The Role of a Recruitment Consultant:
  • Find and engage niche, high‑calibre candidates within the Life Sciences sector, specifically within the Digital Health space.
  • Connect with new and existing clients to uncover fresh hiring opportunities.
  • Understand client needs in detail and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and stay close to market demand.
  • Run the full recruitment process from CV shortlisting and phone screens to interviews and registration.
  • Fill roles efficiently and meet agreed timelines.
  • Build a strong, responsive candidate pipeline to stay ahead of client requirements.
  • Develop long‑term relationships with clients and candidates through high‑quality communication and service.
