We are seeking a Cage Wash Technician to support day-to-day laboratory operations within a busy research environment. This is a hands-on operational role focused on maintaining high standards of hygiene, biosecurity compliance, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of facility services that support scientific research activity.

Key Responsibilities- Operate cage washers, autoclaves, and associated equipment (training provided)
- Clean, disinfect, and prepare cages, bottles, and related equipment for reuse
- Carry out routine equipment checks and report faults or deviations promptly
- Maintain stock levels and support the movement and storage of consumables and materials
- Support logistics, including handling and transport of materials within the facility
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and biosecurity across all service areas
