Global Head of Pricing & Access
Permanent | UK-based | Hybrid (London) | Some international travel required
A mid-sized global biopharma (c.4,500 employees) with a late-stage pipeline in oncology, rare diseases, and immunology is hiring a Global Head of Pricing & Access. You’ll set strategy, lead the team, and secure sustainable reimbursement across major markets.
The role
- Own global pricing & access from pipeline to LOE.
- Define net/list pricing strategy and GtN governance.
- Lead HTA/reimbursement for EU5 and priority ex-EU markets.
- Drive launch sequencing, IRP/GPI, and payer value messaging.
- Negotiate MEAs, risk-share, and outcomes-based agreements.
- Shape evidence and value dossiers with Clinical/Med/HEOR.
- Guide BD evaluations on price/access scenarios.
- Build and lead a high-performing global team, advising senior leadership.
Your profile
- Proven global Pricing & Market Access leadership with HTA/reimbursement success.
- Expertise in value-based pricing, IRP/GPI, and contracting.
- Strong HEOR/RWE knowledge and payer engagement experience.
- Track record leading international teams and influencing at C-suite level.
- Commercially sharp, data-driven, decisive under ambiguity.
