We're partnering with a dynamic and growing international business to appoint a Director of Accounting & Finance Systems. This is a rare opportunity for a senior finance leader who combines strong technical accounting expertise with finance transformation and systems experience. The successful candidate will take ownership of UK statutory accounting, audit, tax and regulatory compliance while leading the development of a scalable finance systems and data architecture capable of supporting a complex, multi-entity organisation.

About You

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with significant experience in statutory reporting, audit management and financial governance within a multi-entity environment. Medical Device experience is essential. You will also bring proven experience delivering finance systems, ERP or finance transformation projects, with a strong understanding of financial data structures, reporting frameworks and scalable operating models. This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate strategically while driving practical execution, working closely with Finance, Technology, Legal, Tax and wider business stakeholders.
