We're partnering with a respected Biotech organisation in the UK seeking a consultant to become Head of Quality Assurance.

What you'll do:

  • Lead QA staff, including QP/RP roles where applicable.
  • Maintain and continually improve the GMP-compliant Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure audit readiness and lead internal, supplier, and regulatory inspection activities.
  • Conduct internal audits and monitor the timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Oversee External Partners & Suppliers (supplier qualification, audits, and performance monitoring).
  • Communicate quality risks and solutions to senior management.

  • Help to train new and existing staff on any updated SOPs.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in QA leadership.
