About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation, acting as a central point of contact for stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Ofqual regulations and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a main point of contact for education providers, employers, apprentices, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage a wide range of administrative duties including scheduling, record keeping, document management, and correspondence.
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Support learners with registrations, assessments, certifications, and general guidance.
- Ensure the organisation remains compliant with all relevant Ofqual requirements and educational regulations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting documentation, minutes, and action plans.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, syllabus review groups, and events.
- Maintain strong relationships with education centres and stakeholders.
- Organise and manage structured monthly and quarterly task schedules.
- Provide regular updates and communications to providers and partners.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
