My client is a fast-growing digital health and social care technology business that helps care providers improve how they record, analyse and share information. The business is scaling its commercial function and has a strong focus on improving outcomes for both care organisations and the people they support.

The client is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the Revenue team with the combining role of customer success, account management, renewals and growth. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Customer Success.

You Will Be:

  • Managing a large portfolio of predominantly smaller care organisations
  • Driving renewals, retention and account growth
  • Leading strategic customer reviews
  • Identifying opportunities to increase product adoption
  • Working closely with Sales, Product and Support
  • Helping improve internal CS processes

About You:

  • Have 2+ years’ experience in customer success / relevant work with clients
  • Be comfortable managing high-volume customer portfolios
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced scale-up environment
  • Strong exposure to healthcare, social care or clinical environments
  • Great communication skills across cross functional teams
