Job Title: Junior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Location: London, UK (Field-based with regular site visits) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Junior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with a minimum of 2 years of independent monitoring experience to join our London-based team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. You will conduct 4β6 monitoring visits per month , providing oversight of study sites while maintaining compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and study protocols. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine monitoring visits (site initiation, interim, and close-out) across assigned sites in London and surrounding regions. Ensure adherence to protocol, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements. Verify accuracy and completeness of case report forms (CRFs) against source data. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and protocol deviations in collaboration with site staff. Maintain effective communication with investigators, site personnel, and internal study teams. Prepare and submit timely monitoring reports and follow-up documentation. Support investigators and sites in resolving queries and ensuring readiness for audits and inspections. Contribute to trial start-up activities when required (e.g., site feasibility, essential document collection). Requirements: Bachelorβs degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field. Minimum 2 years of independent monitoring experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment. Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and UK clinical trial regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites. Willingness to travel frequently (4β6 site visits per month).
