The Role of a Recruitment Consultant
- Find and engage niche, high-calibre candidates within the Life Sciences sector
- Connect with new and existing clients to uncover fresh hiring opportunities
- Understand client needs in detail and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and stay close to market demand
- Run the full recruitment process from CV shortlisting and phone screens to interviews and registration
- Fill roles efficiently and meet agreed timelines
- Build a strong, responsive candidate pipeline to stay ahead of client requirements
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates through high-quality communication and service
