The Role of a Recruitment Consultant

  • Find and engage niche, high-calibre candidates within the Life Sciences sector
  • Connect with new and existing clients to uncover fresh hiring opportunities
  • Understand client needs in detail and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and stay close to market demand
  • Run the full recruitment process from CV shortlisting and phone screens to interviews and registration
  • Fill roles efficiently and meet agreed timelines
  • Build a strong, responsive candidate pipeline to stay ahead of client requirements
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates through high-quality communication and service
