About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical & Commercial Operations Lead to drive both clinical excellence and commercial success in our patient care operations. This role will require a strategic leader who can oversee day-to-day operations while driving growth and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. The successful candidate will be pivotal in bridging clinical functions with business objectives, focusing on improving patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the clinical and commercial operations for patient care services, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and patient needs.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and optimisation of clinical care programs and patient engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, commercial, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure smooth integration and execution of patient care initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimise the commercial performance of patient care services, identifying key growth areas and improving revenue streams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinical best practices, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement process enhancements to optimise efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, stakeholders, and patients to enhance the service experience and commercial viability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical and operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality patient care.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to both clinical outcomes and commercial performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role with a strong commercial acumen, ideally in a healthcare or patient care setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, patient care models, and clinical operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, particularly in clinical, commercial, and operations domains.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies that drive both operational excellence and revenue growth.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and patient safety standards in healthcare settings.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and business performance.
- Degree in healthcare management, clinical practice, business administration, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
