We're partnering with an exciting, fast-growing US-based digital health startup, expanding into the UK, that is transforming the breast cancer care journey through innovative technology, patient-centric solutions, and a commitment to improving outcomes for women worldwide. This is not a traditional CFO opportunity. The team is highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, and driven by purpose. They are looking for someone who not only brings exceptional financial leadership but also shares their passion for building something meaningful. As the company enters its next phase of growth, they are seeking a Fractional Chief Financial Officer to work alongside the leadership team for approximately 1 - 2 days per week.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as a strategic financial partner to the CEO and leadership team
  • Supporting fundraising activities and investor engagement
  • Building and refining financial models and growth strategies
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Preparing board and investor reporting
  • Helping shape commercial and operational decision-making
  • Supporting future funding rounds and growth initiatives
  • Establishing scalable financial processes for long-term success

What We're Looking For

  • Previous CFO experience within startups, scale-ups, or high-growth businesses
  • Proven fundraising experience, ideally across venture capital, growth equity, or strategic investment rounds
  • Experience within digital health, healthtech, medtech, SaaS, or technology-driven environments
  • Commercially minded with a strategic outlook
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving startup environments
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes
