I am currently supporting an established medical device manufacturer in the search for a

Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations within a low-volume, high-value production environment.

This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll oversee production planning, quality, purchasing and continuous improvement, working closely with engineering and senior leadership.

We're keen to speak with individuals who have

  • Production or manufacturing leadership experience within a regulated industry (medical devices, aerospace, electronics or similar).
  • A strong understanding of quality systems and manufacturing best practices.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning.
  • An engineering background (Degree, HND, OND or equivalent).
  • A practical, generalist approach with the ability to work across multiple functions.

Experience with

DFM , low-volume manufacturing or regulated product development would be advantageous.
