Associate Consultant – Market Access
Location: Hybrid (London / Home)

We’re looking for an Associate Consultant who combines analytical strength with commercial instinct, someone who can support client delivery while also helping to win new business. You’ll join a team that partners with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to build pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies that get medicines to patients faster.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver research and analysis to support Market Access and Pricing strategy projects.
- Take an active role in business development: spotting opportunities, supporting proposal development, and helping to scope and cost new projects.
- Work closely with consultants and senior leadership on pitch decks, case studies, and thought-leadership materials.
- Build relationships with clients through day-to-day project communication and excellent delivery.
- Contribute to value story development, payer materials, and access strategy documentation.
- Manage your time effectively across multiple client accounts in a fast-moving environment.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in life sciences, health economics, or a related subject (postgraduate preferred).
- A strong communicator with commercial awareness and a genuine interest in client engagement.
- Someone confident contributing ideas to proposals and willing to learn how consultancies grow accounts.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, able to produce clear, well-structured work.
- Prior experience or exposure to Market Access, Pricing, or HEOR is advantageous but not essential.
