Barrington James is hiring Junior Recruitment Consultants for our May Launch Programme. No recruitment experience is required; we provide full training from day one. What You’ll Be Doing:- Building relationships with candidates and clients in the Life Sciences sector
- Identifying and placing specialist talent into global roles
- Managing the full recruitment process from first call to offer stage
- Developing sales, negotiation, and communication skills

- Learning how to build and own your own recruitment market
- £50K+ OTE in year one
