Barrington James is hiring Associate Recruitment Consultants for our May Launch Programme. No recruitment experience required. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Connecting specialist talent with leading Life Sciences companies
  • Building and developing your own client relationships and market
  • Managing recruitment processes from first conversation to offer stage
  • Working to clear targets that drive commission and progression
  • Developing into a market specialist with ownership of your desk
  • Learning consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship building
