Barrington James is hiring Associate Recruitment Consultants for our May Launch Programme. No recruitment experience required. What You'll Be Doing:
- Connecting specialist talent with leading Life Sciences companies
- Building and developing your own client relationships and market
- Managing recruitment processes from first conversation to offer stage
- Working to clear targets that drive commission and progression
- Developing into a market specialist with ownership of your desk
- Learning consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship building
