Senior HEOR Consultant / Associate Director

Hybrid – UK

We’re looking for someone who can lead projects, manage people, and still stay close enough to the work to care about the details. Someone who knows what good looks like in HEOR, and can guide others to deliver it.

The role

You’ll take ownership of HEOR projects from start to finish; modelling, systematic reviews, and wider evidence generation. You’ll work directly with clients, lead delivery teams, review outputs, and help shape how we approach new work. It’s a role for someone who enjoys both the science and the structure.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing HEOR projects across different therapy areas
• Acting as the main client contact and ensuring delivery runs smoothly
• Reviewing models and evidence outputs to keep them clear, accurate and relevant
• Mentoring and developing junior colleagues
• Supporting proposals and contributing to company growth

What we’re looking for

• Around 6–10 years of HEOR experience, ideally in a consultancy
• Solid understanding of cost‑effectiveness and budget impact modelling
• Comfortable managing timelines, budgets and people
• Experience leading evidence review projects and interpreting data
• A calm, collaborative communicator who can balance rigour with pragmatism
