We are supporting a growing scientific organisation in the recruitment of a Quality Associate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with hands-on experience managing and maintaining an ISO 9001 Quality Management System who is looking to take ownership of quality activities within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, supporting compliance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and promoting quality standards across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Support internal audits, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and continuous improvement activities
- Ensure quality documentation is controlled, updated, and compliant
- Assist with quality investigations and root cause analysis
- Support staff training and quality awareness initiatives
- Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing or maintaining an ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Strong understanding of quality processes, documentation control, and compliance
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience within a scientific, research, manufacturing, or regulated environment would be advantageous
