We are looking for a dynamic Market Access Manager to lead UK-wide strategies for biosimilars across all four nations. In this role, you will influence NHS decision-makers, shape access pathways, and identify opportunities to maximize the value of our products locally.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS stakeholders, Key Opinion Leaders, payers, policy makers, and procurement teams.
- Identify opportunities for access, influence decision-making, and secure formulary inclusion.
- Lead tender submissions, business cases, and reimbursement activities.
- Develop and implement market access plans across the product portfolio.
- Prepare access strategies that support successful product launches.
- Create tools and materials demonstrating both clinical and economic value.
- Stay aligned with NHS priorities, policies, and programmes across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical market access.
- Strong knowledge of NHS structures, pathways, and biosimilar approvals.
- Familiarity with market access systems across all four UK nations.
- ABPI qualification is required.
- Experience leading UK tenders and business case submissions.
