Freelance Market Access Manager France/Benelux (Recent Pharmaceutical Experience Mandatory)
My client is looking for a Freelance Market Access Manager to lead and implement regional market access strategies into action. This role is key to securing favourable pricing and reimbursement conditions across France, Belgium and Luxembourg, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
• Define and execute strategic Market Access plans aligned with IRP and financial objectives
• Prepare and submit dossiers (TC, CEESP, CEPS) and lead pricing/reimbursement negotiations
• Analyse clinical & medico-economic value versus competitors
• Engage early with health authorities to shape access strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, R&D)
• Monitor the product lifecycle and adapt access strategy as needed
• Build strong KOL and payer networks across the region
What you bring:
• Proven experience in Market Access within France or Benelux
• In-depth understanding of HTA processes (CT, CEESP, CEPS) and regulatory landscape
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and payer dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation and cross-functional project leadership
• Fluent in English and ideally French or Dutch
