Role Overview
We are looking for a Solution Architect to design and implement AI-driven solutions for our pharmaceutical clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-sales & Advisory: Work with our consulting teams to identify client needs, present solutions, and support sales activities (RFPs, demos, workshops).
- Solution Design: Architect AI systems (autonomous agents, patient engagement tools) and integrate them into pharma platforms (EHRs, CRMs, patient portals).
- Implementation & Leadership: Oversee the design, build, and deployment of AI tools, collaborating with engineers to ensure successful delivery.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to pharma leaders, presenting technical solutions and ensuring alignment with client goals.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years as a Solution Architect or Consultant with AI experience, including 3+ years in generative agentic AI.
- 5+ years in healthcare or pharma, with experience in systems like EHRs or clinical workflows.
- Strong knowledge of AI architecture, including microservices, cloud platforms, and AI workflow automation.
- Experience with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, GxP, and FHIR.
- Proven ability to engage with senior executives and carry significant sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multi-agent AI frameworks and MLOps for AI systems.
- Background in patient engagement tools or digital health solutions.
- Expertise in clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, or patient support services.
