I'm currently partnering with a global life sciences consultancy that delivers Market Access, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), and Real-World Evidence (RWE) solutions to pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Their mission is to create meaningful impact by helping innovative therapies reach patients while maximising their value within healthcare systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements across market access, pricing, reimbursement, and HEOR projects.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and participating in client pitches.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to clients and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants, supporting both their technical expertise and project delivery capabilities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in life sciences consulting, with a focus on market access and HEOR.
- Proven business development experience with demonstrable commercial impact.
- Strong knowledge of HTA processes and payer decision-making.
- Experience leading project teams and developing junior colleagues.
