The Role
We are seeking a senior Health Economics & HTA professional to join a growing UK consulting team, working directly with life sciences clients on high-impact projects across health economics, evidence generation and market access.
This is a senior, client-facing position combining project leadership, business development, technical expertise and team development
. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape evidence strategies, support HTA submissions and develop tailored solutions to complex market access challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UK client relationships, proposals and business development activities.
- Develop new opportunities and contribute to commercial growth across HE/HTA services.
- Lead project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, timelines, budgets and client satisfaction.
- Provide strategic and technical input across UK HTA and health economics projects.
- Build, mentor and develop junior and senior team members.
- Deliver training and share expertise on evolving UK HTA requirements and methodologies.
- Represent the organisation at conferences, industry events and other external forums.
- Contribute to thought leadership, methodology development and collaborative research.
- Work cross-functionally to develop new solutions and expand service offerings.
- Desired Experience
- Advanced degree in
- Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics or a related discipline
10+ years' experience in health economics and UK HTA, including study design and delivery.
- Strong understanding of UK HTA processes, health economic modelling and evidence requirements.
- Proven experience leading teams, managing senior stakeholders and driving business initiatives.
- Strong commercial and consulting capabilities, including proposals, negotiations, contracting and scope management.
- Established network across the UK life sciences, academic and/or HTA community.
- Experience within consulting, CRO or life sciences environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
- Experience with
AI/ML would be advantageous.
