As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the key driver of customer satisfaction and retention. You will ensure that our clients successfully implement and derive maximum value from our products, building long-lasting relationships. Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee customer relationships and ensure the effective use of our biotech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and successfully implement our solutions.

Required Qualifications
