Overview

My client is looking for a talented and experienced Freelance Finnish Health Economist to join our team. As a Health Economist, you will be vital in providing economic evaluations and health technology assessments to support decision-making in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct economic evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses to support healthcare decision-making
  • Develop health economic models and simulations to inform healthcare policies and interventions
  • Contribute to health technology assessments (HTA) and prepare HTA reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate real-world evidence and outcomes research
  • Effectively communicate findings through HEOR writing and publications

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in health economic modeling and economic evaluations
  • Solid understanding of health technology assessment methodologies and principles
  • Proficiency in using statistical and modeling software (e.g., R, STATA, TreeAge)
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
