Are you a clinical expert in blood banking or haematology with a passion for advanced medical technology?
Join our global client as a Clinical Specialist, where you’ll lead customer training, clinical support, and strategic marketing across the Indonesia market.
You’ll be the go-to expert supporting healthcare professionals with product education, troubleshooting, and data-driven insights – all while collaborating with sales and marketing to drive business impact.
What you\’ll do:
- Deliver clinical training and in-field support for the medical device technologies
- Partner with commercial to support product strategy and local campaigns
- Analyse clinical data to shape customer success and product improvements
- Be the subject matter expert in blood components, and cell therapy
What you bring:
- 3 – 7+ years in clinical applications, sales support, or marketing within blood banking or haematology
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Blood component collection, therapeutic plasma exchange etc or similar systems
- Proven ability to lead training, resolve complex clinical issues, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Based in Indonesia, fluent in English, & ability to travel throughout the Country
